Work Projects

CDQ - Compliance & Document Management SaaS

A multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform for the trucking industry that lets companies manage driver documents, track compliance status, and automate renewal notifications. I worked across the full stack: backend with NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL, frontend with Next.js (React 19) and TypeScript using Ant Design, MUI and TailwindCSS. I implemented the multi-tenant MSP architecture (parent companies managing child companies with tiered pricing), the color-coded document expiration system, dynamic e-forms with Form.io, and an event-driven notification engine using Redis + BullMQ queues with Postmark (email) and Twilio (SMS), business-day-aware cron jobs. Authentication via Keycloak (OpenID Connect) on both frontend (NextAuth) and backend (Passport JWKS), Stripe for subscription billing and webhooks, AWS S3 for document storage, and Go High Level CRM sync.

Royal Parking 2.0 - Parking Enforcement Platform

A production-grade, multi-tier parking management and enforcement platform made up of a backend API, an admin web dashboard and a mobile app for enforcement officers. I built the backend with NestJS, Sequelize and PostgreSQL, the admin panel with Next.js (React) + Redux Toolkit and TailwindCSS, and the officer mobile app in Flutter using the BLoC pattern and Clean Architecture (offline-first with local SQLite cache). Key features: digital citation issuing (e-chalking) with QR/permit scanning, license-plate OCR via ML Kit, GPS tagging, photo evidence and Bluetooth receipt printing; on the backend, JWT + Google OAuth auth, Stripe payments, AWS S3 for evidence storage, Postmark email and Redis + BullMQ queues for async reports and reminders. Multi-tenant company isolation and role-based access control throughout.

1Slap - Idea Validation Platform

A platform to showcase your startup idea and get real market validation to know whether it's worth pursuing. Founders record a short video pitch and receive instant feedback (Slap/Flop signals) from real users on the platform, or by sharing their pitch on social networks like LinkedIn with their own contacts. I built it as a full-stack Nuxt 4 + Vue 3 application with TypeScript and TailwindCSS, using Supabase (PostgreSQL) for the database, authentication and Row Level Security, Stripe for subscription billing (per-pitch and startup plans), Storj/S3 for video hosting, Postmark for an anonymous email relay between founders and swipers, and PostHog for product analytics. I implemented the swipe interface (PWA), the video recording and pitch creation flow, anonymous voting with device deduplication, web push notifications, and the full subscription and promo-code system. Tested with Vitest and Playwright.

Tubewise - YouTube Production Workflow Platform

SaaS platform designed for YouTube content creators. I developed the backend architecture using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, WAF), the frontend in React with Context API and TailwindCSS, and implemented the notification system, real-time chat, and YouTube API integration for metrics and analytics. I also implemented roles, workspaces, CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and monitoring via CloudWatch.
